Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain terms, what the pursch.ca website does with the information you give us. Pursch Solutions is run by H.W. Pursch in Pointe-Calumet, Quebec.
What we collect
When you send the quote form, we receive:
- your name;
- your business name (optional);
- your email or phone number;
- the service you are interested in;
- your message.
To limit abuse, the form keeps a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) with a send counter for up to one hour. A global daily counter, with no personal information, also caps the total number of submissions. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP address and device type) to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your request, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, follow up on the project. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Where your request goes
Your request is sent to H.W. Pursch as a message in the Telegram messaging app. It is not saved in a database on the site. The message stays in the messaging app until it is deleted. Cloudflare and Telegram servers may be located outside Quebec.
Payments
The code review deposit is paid on a Stripe payment page. Stripe collects your payment information. We do not see or keep your card number.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking or analytics tools. Cloudflare may use technical security cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as it takes to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of the business relationship. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Access, correction and deletion
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected] (subject: “Privacy”) and include the name and the email or phone number you used in the form. We respond within a reasonable time.
